Notes

UE4 DX11 → D3DMetal (Jedi Fallen Order class). Launch Borderlands3.exe with SteamAppId=397540. -dx11 pins the Unreal RHI (OakGame). Epic overlay is not required for the Steam build. Do not use Libraries.rgl or Libraries.vk.
