Launched means the game ran, but does not promise a complete or stable playthrough.

Most shipped profiles are guessed: written from the install layout, never launched. A guessed profile is still useful as a starting point. It is not evidence the game runs. Only verified means someone measured it on a Mac and wrote down what they saw.
