Disrupt DX11 → D3DMetal (Skyrim/FO4 class). Launch WatchDogs2.exe (bin/) with SteamAppId=447040. Ubisoft Connect required. This is Watch Dogs 2, not Legion. Pin CX_GRAPHICS_BACKEND=d3dmetal. Do not use Libraries.rgl or Libraries.vk.
